These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PgDesigner, a visual PostgreSQL schema designer ("Software"), and the website pgdesigner.io ("Website"), operated by MyShows Inc. ("we", "us", "our").
"vmkteam" and "PgDesigner" are trade names of MyShows Inc., a Delaware corporation. All references to "vmkteam" on this Website and in related materials refer to MyShows Inc.
By downloading, installing, or using the Software, or by purchasing a license, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
The Software source code is available under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0. You may use, copy, and modify the Software free of charge for personal, educational, research, non-profit, and other non-commercial purposes.
Any use of the Software in a commercial context — including use by for-profit companies, freelancers billing clients, or any activity that generates revenue — requires a paid commercial license purchased through our Website or authorized reseller.

Commercial licenses are perpetual for the version purchased. After the included update period expires, you may continue using your current version indefinitely. Renewal is optional and grants access to new releases.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Consumer Terms.
Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your jurisdiction.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all commercial license purchases. If PgDesigner does not meet your needs, contact us at support@pgdesigner.io within 30 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked.
The Software, its name, logo, documentation, and website content are the intellectual property of MyShows Inc. Your license grants you the right to use the Software according to the applicable license terms. It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
PgDesigner is an offline-first desktop application. Your schema files (.pgd) are stored locally on your machine. The Software does not require a cloud account, does not transmit your data to our servers, and does not include telemetry or analytics in the desktop application.

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyShows Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Software, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
